Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of £150 per week. There is a £250 refundable damage bond payable on arrival. Guests must be a minimum of 14 years old (exceptions may be accepted upon request), with the primary guest aged 24 years or over. Babes in arms are accepted. Please contact us for a final price.
Valhalla is a new, stunning & modern property, ideally located within a 10 minute walk of the exclusive Marina Rubicón, Dorada Beach and Playa Blanca Town Centre. Surrounded by traditional piedra walls, the villa stands in its landscaped grounds, as proud as its name, with a truly unique private pool, 18 metres long, with intergrated sun beds to keep you cool whilst you soak up the warm rays of the Lanzarote Sun.
The property was designed to create a feeling of light, space and complete relaxation with floor to ceiling windows throughout and as such, will only accept guests aged 14 years or over.
The spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living room provide clear views of the sun and pool terraces and the three, well appointed bedrooms, all with en-suites, look out over the pool from the comfort of the beds.
There is also an additional annex, apart from the main house, with shower room, to enable enjoyment of the PlayStation 4, or a Netflix film, without interference.
This holiday home provides the perfect setting to appreciate it many amenities including air-conditioning, WIFI, Netflix, Sky TV, games console and pool table.

1. Double doors lead to a spacious master suite with king sized bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, USB ports and air conditioning (coin operated). The open plan design incorporates a large, tiled bath with built in love seats and hand held shower attachment, together with stylish twin wash basins and lighted vanity mirror. Floor to ceiling windows, with vertical blinds and door to sun & pool terrace.

The open plan design is extremely modern and fully equipped with twin sinks looking out through a beautiful portrait window, with integral dishwasher, fridge & microwave. There is an island with integrated oven, inductions hob and extractor fan, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. An open doorway leads to further unites with American style fridge/freezer, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. Doors lead to a Solana and a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Large patio doors leads out from the kitchen area to the sun terrace with chill out seating for 6.
Viking shield stepping stones outside lead to the side main entrance, which enters into the open plan dining & living room, providing dining for 6 and comfortable lounge seating with all seats having sectional chaise, should everyone want to lay out and enjoy the wall mounted 70" Cristal HD TV to it fullest, with a Mag Box supplying box sets and films, together with terrestrial and SKY channels. A glass coffee table, side unit with USB ports and Bluetooth speaker, complete the package. Large patio door opens out onto the pool and sun terrace.
TV & Games Room:
The shaded alfresco area is next to a separate en-suite annex, with wall mounted Smart TV, Netflix reday, sound bar, three seater sofa and PlayStation 4, with controllers.
